Q: What qualifies for FREE shipping?
A:FREE Shipping is only available in the contiguous U.S. on orders from $100

Q:When can I expect tracking information
A:Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details.

Q:When can I expect my package to arrive?
A: Most of the items ship in 3-5 business days. You will receive it within 3-7 business days within the United States and 2 weeks for delivery international 

Q: What will shipping cost?

We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible. 
The best way for us to do so is by offering flat rate shipping as determined by the size of the package being shipped. 
These rates are determined as follows:
USPS first class: $7.50 for small packages
USPS priority mail: $10.50 for medium packages; and starting at $13.50 for large packages and multi-item orders

Q: Duties, Tax and Charges 
A: Custom Duties, Tax and Charges are not included in our base price.
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for taxes once you click to check out. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged for the other countries out of US once your order arrives to its final destinatin, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. Since we have no control over this and the fees are being requested directly by customs.For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office

2/ Return/Exchange
Orders are non-refundable unless your items arrive damaged or product defect, you may return them to get a full refund (not include shipping fee) or exchange within 30 days of receipt
Please provide your name, order number, a description of the issue, and attach a photo of the defect/damage. We will coordinate shipping back to us at no additional cost to you. To do so, We ask that you save all packaging materials for a quick, safe return. We are happy to send you a replacement product as soon as one is available, or We will refund your order in its entirety. All requests for replacement must be made within seven days from delivery date.

3/ Cancellations, Revisions, or Special Requests
No order cancellations are accepted, and all sales are final. If you need to make a change to your order after it has been placed, or if you have made an error at checkout, please contact us immediately or by responding to the email confirmation sent to you. If you wish to make special requests, please contact us before placing your order, and We will provide separate instructions as needed.
